Our team covers our London, Edinburgh and Glasgow offices. We work closely with the firm's infrastructure, energy, projects, construction, planning and environmental experts. We aim to develop multi-talented lawyers who have good knowledge of the financial, energy, property and government sectors.

Our expertise is in PPP finance (education, health, accommodation, streetlighting, waste, leisure, transport) including changes, refinancings, secondary market transactions and rescues; in Energy finance (renewable power, wind farms, conventional power, waste to energy, nuclear energy, gas storage and transmission/connection grids); and in Housing/Urban Regeneration finance (stock transfer schemes, MoD accommodation projects, urban regeneration projects for local authorities and community banking schemes).

Our projects practice, including the Project Finance team, is consistently rated in the top 10 of UK law firms and as market leader in Scotland. Our team leader Michael Stoneham is listed once again in the International Who's Who Directory of Business Lawyers as the only project finance expert in Scotland recommended by worldwide general counsel and other private practice lawyers of international standing.
