Mergers & acquisitions form the bedrock of our corporate practice. The majority of our 14 corporate partners and 40 plus other corporate lawyers are specialist M&A practitioners.

Our core practice focuses on mid-market transactions up to £500m, however we are frequently involved in leading and transacting projects far in excess of that threshold.

A recurring feature of our practice is our involvement in international M&A transactions. We are experienced in dealing with cross-border transactions and liaising with overseas advisors, many of whom we deal with on a regular basis. 

In transacting M&A deals we liaise closely with our colleagues in areas of expertise such as environment, tax, pensions, employment and property to ensure that our clients receive the best possible advice.
