Our Oil and Gas practice covers three distinct disciplines:

• Acting for the provision of oil and gas related legal advice and contract negotiation in relation to exploration and production (“E&P”), downstream oil and gas, pipeline transportation systems, LNG, oil and gas trading and regulation.
• advising the owners of oil and gas production assets and funders in that sector in relation to debt and equity funding structures and negotiate the appropriate documentation on their behalf.
• acting for UK and overseas based corporates, management teams and funding institutions in relation to all forms of oil and gas related mergers and acquisitions including trade and institutional sales and purchases, management buy outs and buy ins, development funding transactions and structured lending.
