This experience, and the breadth of our client base, gives us a keen appreciation of clients' needs and where those needs sit within the complex web of interests of other environmental stakeholders.

This allows us to manage expertly clients’ relationships with regulators, from applying and/or negotiating the terms of a permit through to managing ongoing compliance and defending enforcement actions.

We are also involved in helping create new law and steering the regulatory bodies tasked with implementing that law. This 'inside edge' provides unique experience and understanding of regulators' requirements which translates to providing invaluable advice to clients that are governed by such regulators.
