We have recently:

• Advised a major insurance company on its successful defence to an OFT investigation into an arrangement for the provision of medico-legal reports
• advised on a complaint to the OFT against the predatory pricing and other exclusionary behaviour of a dominant company, that resulted in the dominant company terminating its unlawful conduct
• challenged a refusal by the European Commission to release relevant information to our client, resulting in the Commission committing itself to an accelerated timetable for disclosure
• advised a UK company on its defence to an investigation into an alleged abuse of a dominant position.
