Our Private Equity Funds practice brings real perspective to its role, acting for sponsors, managers, investors and debt providers to private equity funds.

We act for an increasing number of fund managers and institutional investors on all aspects of unregulated fund formation and investment. Our team regularly draws on expertise from across the Firm, including in particular the Tax and Banking & Financial Services groups.

We have advised fund managers from numerous jurisdictions across Europe, including of course the UK, in connection with the establishment, promotion and on-going management of international private equity funds across a number of industry sectors, including renewables and engineering.

We regularly advise certain UK financial institutions in connection with limited partner investments in international private equity funds, often advising those and other institutions in connection with debt-lending to such funds.
