Our Property Funds practice combines our skills in unregulated funds with our deep knowledge of the property asset class.

We act for an increasing number of fund managers and institutional investors on all aspects of property fund formation and investment. Our team regularly draws on expertise from across the Firm, including in particular the Tax and Banking & Financial Services groups.

We have advised fund managers from numerous jurisdictions across Europe, including of course the UK, in connection with the establishment, promotion and on-going management of property funds.

We advise certain UK financial institutions in connection with limited partner investments in property funds, often advising those and other institutions in connection with debt-lending to such funds.
