Contract Management

When you buy a new car, you know that if you don't look after it, don't check the oil, don't check the water or get it serviced then you will have problems and the car will not work in the way that it is meant to.

It is the same with your outsourcing contacts and commercial contracts.  If once agreed, your simply put your contracts in the drawer and never look at them again you won't get the envisaged value from them.  From the customer's perspective, you need to manage the contract effectively to make sure you get the services the supplier signed up to.   From the supplier's perspective you need to manage the contract effectively to make sure you manage your risk profile appropriately and enjoy the commercial returns expected.
