Our specialist Property Finance team works within the firm’s Banking practice and is uniquely positioned to advise national and international banks and other financial institutions on the provision of acquisition, development and investment funding across the UK.

In order to service this requirement, we have a dedicated team of lawyers in both England and Scotland who deal with loan facilities in tandem with the provision of property due-diligence and related services. Our banking, planning, environmental, construction, tax and corporate colleagues provide further expertise which can be called upon to provide a seamless service to our clients in property finance transactions.

We are regularly involved in dealing with complex tax-driven structures and offshore investment schemes and can call upon niche experience of specialist areas such as securitisation, urban regeneration, social housing, mortgage book acquisition and capital projects.

The team has expertise in the provision of debt, mezzanine and equity funding.
