We have extensive experience advising on the procurement of major public sector infrastructure projects.  We help clients ensure that their procurement processes are legally robust and capable of delivering a value for money solution within an appropriate timescale and budget.  Proper procurement planning is essential to the successful delivery of projects. We have particular experience with competitive dialogue, helping clients to model the procedure to fit their specific requirements.

Working closely with the project team, we advise on the drafting of all key tender and contract documentation, including the OJEU contract notice, PQQ and ITT/ITPD documentation.  As the procurement progresses we provide support on evaluation processes and scoring methodologies and on the requirements for standstill and debriefing.

We also have extensive experience advising bidders and bidding consortia when engaging in these tender processes, advising on bidding strategies, dialogue and contract issues.
