• acting for Highland and Islands Airports Limited on the acquisition of Inverness Air Terminal Limited (the Inverness Airport PFI company) and providing general contractual advice on a variety of commercial matters, including aviation security and radar project documentation;
• advising on the transfer of Concorde to the National Museums of Scotland;
• advising on the acquisition of various aircraft, acting for the purchasers and funders; and
