Dundas & Wilson is committed to excellence in all that it does and as a firm we recognise the responsibilities we have to our four major stakeholder groups:
As such, in September 2007, we took a more strategic approach and implemented a comprehensive CSR programme comprising of five key focus areas that we believe will enable us to positively contribute to these groups:
Our programme is not principally centred on cash donations, but rather on our people contributing their time and talents to the local communities in which we work.
To further assist in the delivery of our programme, we actively encourage all of our staff to become involved in a wide range of CSR projects, allowing everyone 2 days per financial year to spend volunteering in their local communities. To date, Dundas & Wilson employees have contributed in excess of 1,000 hours to its local communities.
By providing our people with a high quality working environment and with policies, procedures and activities which assist them to manage a good work/life balance, we believe that our CSR programme will make a positive difference to people's lives and their environment, both within and outwith our firm - helping everyone achieve their full potential.
