We regard diversity and inclusion as a critical business issue and a crucial part of our proposition as an employer of choice.

As one of the signatories to the Law Society’s Diversity & Inclusion Charter we are committed to develop and implement best practice in equality, diversity and inclusion.

In 2010 we launched our Diversity and Inclusion Steering Group consisting of a cross section of employees and Partners which meets quarterly to monitor, review and action plan the key diversity initiatives across the firm.

Dundas & Wilson’s procedures are designed to ensure the decisions we make which affect people are fair, objective and free of prejudice, and we actively foster an environment which allows people to develop to their full potential.
