Our marketing and business development team works closely with the practice to deliver targeted initiatives to our clients and contacts. Working across the firm's three offices, team members have specific remits including internal and external communications, events management, database management and web applications, brand management, management of the firm's Client Relationship Programme and training and business development.

IT
IT is a critical component in client service. D&W's IT Team has a business-focused approach and a forward-looking IT strategy that is a key part of the firm's strategy. Our focus is on IT that improves the way the business operates and provides new benefits to clients while at the same time, managing risk effectively.

HR
People are our biggest asset. By recruiting, motivating and retaining the best people our clients receive the service they expect and deserve.
In addition to managing the recruitment of graduates, lawyers and support staff, HR are responsible for developing and implementing people policies which keep D&W at the forefront of employers.

Facilities
Our facilities function is a significant part of the overall operations of our firm.
The Front of House function, which includes our reception, telephony and client services facilities, is key to ensuring that our clients and guests experience quality and efficiency in all points of contact with D&W. Excellent conference room facilities, including the newly redeveloped suite in Saltire Court, provide an ideal venue for the variety of seminars and events which take place throughout the course of the year, as well as hosting client meetings.
Less visible, but just as important in maintaining the quality of service, are our support service functions. From our reprographics and records management teams to our building management support, our overriding aim is to anticipate and meet the requirements of our clients – internal and external.
Our telecoms, voicemail and fax solutions provide speedy and efficient access to our people.
The importance we place upon our policies relating to Health & Safety and the Environment ensures that consideration of how best to look after our people and clients is central to our strategy.
