Any information
you enter in the process of registering or completing the online
application form ("the Application Data") will be used by D&W
and members of the D&W Group in order to process your application
for employment with D&W. Note the Application Data may contain
sensitive personal data e.g data that directly or indirectly
relates to your health, ethnic background and religious beliefs.
The Application Data will be held and
processed by D&W and members of the D&W Group in accordance
with Privacy Policy set out in Privacy & Legal.
In the event that your application is
successful the Application Data will be used by D&W and members
of the D&W Group for the purposes of administrating your
employment contract with D&W and/or members of the D&W
Group. If your application is not successful D&W and
each member of the D&W Group will delete the Application
Data from is records by the date seven months after the start
date of the position your are applying for.
