Support during your summer placement At the beginning of the placement you will receive an induction and will be provided with all the training you need. You will be allocated a mentor and appraiser. Your mentor will provide guidance, technical support and encouragement whilst your appraiser will give you feedback on your work and give you a formal appraisal at the end of your placement. |
