Construction & Engineering - industry focus 2008

D&W invites you to our Construction & Engineering Industry Focus Seminar for 2008. This past year has seen significant consolidation in the industry. What competition law issues arise from this continuing trend?

The new Corporate Manslaughter Act of 2007 comes into force on 6 April 2008. Do you know what duties a Director has under this Act? How should they manage their business and people?

The Freedom of Information legislation may well be extended beyond the public sector as a result of current consultations. What does this mean for you?

Finally there were a number of ground breaking decisions last year – many of these can help you in your day to day business. We give you top tips on these.

Who should attend?

All those who undertake business in the building, engineering and PFI sectors including public sector, contractors, developers, investors and consultants.
