BUILDING BETTER IN THE PUBLIC SECTOR
The Scottish Government in their recently published Infrastructure Investment Plan sets out a programme of capital improvement proposed within the public sector.
Significant investment is proposed in new joint service centre projects based on the hub model. The Infrastructure Investment Plan envisages a variety of project delivery and funding mechanisms being utilised including hub.
