Alistair leads a team acting for a UK clearing bank in connection with the management of 800 properties, part of the bank's own property portfolio of branches, offices and surplus property.

Alistair acts for a major utility company dealing with the property aspects of the purchase of power stations, gas distribution networks, gas storage facilities, wind farms, regional headquarters buildings and also the sale of surplus land.

Alistair heads up a team dealing with the sale, purchase and management of properties including offices, industrial and retail (significant shopping centre included) owned by various property funds valued from £100 million to in excess of £1 billion.
