David focuses on the Energy sector, and in particular Electricity projects, Wholesale Gas trading projects, and North Sea oil and gas projects. David's experience includes advising sponsors and banks in relation to conventional power generation projects, renewable energy projects, long term take or pay fuel supply contracts (including NBP based contracts), and upstream oil and gas contracts. David's experience also includes general corporate transactions such as mergers and acquisitions, privatisations, private equity investments and banking.
