Graeme specialises in public and private company work including mergers and acquisitions, take-overs, mergers and public issues, listed and Blue Book transactions, corporate reorganisations and restructurings. Graeme has a wealth of experience in strategic transactions in the financial services sector including mergers and acquisitions, large scale business process outsourcings and joint venture arrangements. He has also acted in several large scale capital projects in relation to sports stadia and golf courses and has recently acted in a number of AIM and Official List IPO's and fundraisings.
