Advised Clyde Blowers on non US aspects of US$1Billion acquisition of fluid and power division of Textron Inc. in 2008. Advised the vendors in sale of international engineering consultants Babtie Group for £92m to US based Jacobs Engineering.

Advised Scottish Radio Holdings plc on over fifty high profile deals, including a £75m placing and open offer, a £120m offer for Border Television, and most recently the £391m industry consolidation takeover by EMAP.

Advised management and bidder on the £117.5m take private of listed logistics and construction group The Malcolm Group plc.
