Keith is a commercial lawyer specialising in contracts, reorganisations, acquisitions and disposals for government sector, projects and utilities clients. He has focused on these sectors for over 10 years and has particular experience in providing advice to clients working within a regulated environment. Keith specialises in PFI secondary market transactions, on corporate restructuring exercises (including statutory transfers of regulated utilities) and on public sector contracting and the outsourcing of services.

Acting for Stirling Council on various strategic initiatives including the Raploch Urban Regeneration programme, the joint services initiative leading to the creation of Forth Valley GIS Limited and the commercial elements of a major property outsourcing.

Acting for Scottish and Southern Energy plc in the £250m acquisition of the Fiddler's Ferry and Ferrybridge Power Stations from AEP and the £242m acquisition of the outstanding equity interests in the Medway Power project.

Acting for Morrison, Miller, Bank of Scotland, Infrastructure Investors, Scottish and Southern Energy, Galliford Try and Highlands and Islands Airports Limited in a number of secondary PFI acquisitions and disposals since 2001.
