Keith specialises in contracts, reorganisations, acquisitions and disposals for government sector, infrsatructure and utilities clients. He has focused on these sectors for nearly 15 years and is heavily involved in projects in the waste and energy-from-waste market throughout the UK. Keith also specialises in PFI secondary market transactions - buying and selling equity in more than 50 projects, on corporate restructuring exercises (including statutory transfers of regulated utilities) and on public sector contracting and outsourcing.

Working on public sector strategic initiatives, including the Access Glasgow property/ICT outsourcing, the Raploch Urban Regeneration project, the Forth Valley GIS shared services project and the commercial aspects of a major property JV.

Acting for Scottish and Southern Energy plc in the £250m acquisition of the Fiddler's Ferry and Ferrybridge Power Stations from AEP and the £242m acquisition of the outstanding equity interests in the Medway Power project.

Acting for bidders in England and Scotland on municipal residual waste procurements, leading the team advising West Lothian Council on its waste procurement programme and advising on an innovative solid waste anaeorobic digestion project.
