Lindy has significant experience of providing contractual advice and dispute avoidance and resolution in the field of construction and PFI contracts. She is at the leading edge of new developments in these areas and advises and contributes regularly to workshops and committees in these fields. She is a specialist in adjudication; expert determination; arbitration and commercial litigation. Lindy appears regularly before all forms of tribunal which handle such disputes.

Currently involved in large multi issue civil engineering dispute including measurement claims and contract interpretation issues.

Advised in several large PFI/PPP matters covering availability and performance standards as well as functionality of design, benchmarking and price adjustment.
