Stephen has a wide range of expertise in corporate banking transactions, acting for both banks and borrowers. He also advises on derivatives, acting for ISDA and a range of banks and insurance companies and has worked in-house for a French bank advising on derivatives transactions.

Acted for ISDA in Scotland in its implementation of the 2002 Master Agreement and updating of standard documentation.

Acted for a bank in a review of its open trades and existing documentation.

Acted for a fund manager, advising on the derivative product range available to an OEIC under management.
