Hugo is a partner in our Banking Department. He specialises in project finance transactions, in particular PFI/PPP and infrastructure projects and has been involved in a variety of national and international projects acting for financiers and project sponsors. He also advises on property and development finance transactions and has a strong background in asset finance having advised both lenders and borrowers in significant UK corporate lending as well as finance leasing transactions.

Advising the senior debt funders in relation to the financing of the MOD Strategic Sealift Project which involved the procurement and funding of six RoRo ferry ships for use by the MOD as part of their strategic sealift operations.
