At Dundas & Wilson we want to support you in realising both your personal and professional aspirations. 

We want you to get the most out of your traineeship and help you develop and progress. During your traineeship you will have the opportunity of a structured review meeting every three months so that you are clear about what we expect of you as well as providing you with a forum to discuss your achievements, and any areas for development.

We want to help you make the most of your skills and attributes and will do all we can to assist you by providing a high standard of training and development. To help you settle in during your first few weeks you will be given a thorough induction into the workings of Dundas & Wilson.
